They work fine once you get them adjusted, they are hard to adjust with straps. For me, I where hearing aids in both ears, so the straps get in the way. Besides that it took way to long to receive my order.
Got a set of Flex Grip Pro's for a more sturdy & secure auger mount for my Smitty sled & I couldn't be happier! Super sturdy & secure while still having a soft flex grip for the auger blades, & they can be easily removed by unscrewing a knob. I love it!
